A Victorian lawyer who proposed a three-step process to achieve a federal constitution at the Corowa Conference in 1983. This then forming the Peoples Federation. This single malt whisky was first matured in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being transferred to spend time finishing in ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels which originated from Spain. Only 600 bottles were released and each are individually numbered. Bottled at 46% abv Official Tasting Notes Nose: Spice, honey, pear and oak. Palate: Nutty, butterscotch and toffee.
