This truly is a collectors edition bottle and has been created to all the distillery managers over the decades. Our Tasting Notes Nose: A rich nose with dried fruits, oatmeal and ginger. Dried smoked meats and camp fire embers. Palate: Charred wood, smoked meats with sweet fresh honey, burnt toffee and pepper. Sweet cereals, more ginger and drying on the palate. Finish: Plenty of peaty notes in this long smooth finish. Little bursts of salt and fruity elements with a minted ending.. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
