Arran Single Malt Scotch Whisky Batch 2 – That Boutique-Y Whisky Company (500ml)   The Arran distillery sits on the Isle of Arran, the largest island in the Firth of Clyde. Founded relatively recently in 1993, though the development was halted as there was a family of eagles raising their young in the roof! One of those eagles can be seen on the labels of our Arran bottling, pinching a bottle of Arran from Boutique-y artist Emily Chappell and her chum who are stranded on the island. What would an eagle do with a bottle of whisky, we hear you ask? Wouldn?t you like to know… Official Tasting Notes Nose: Tropical fruit juices, mineral-rich sea breeze and a scoop of caramel ice-cream. Palate: Fresh citrus peels, barley and spicy malt.
