Our Tasting Notes Nose: Orchard fruits of pear and apple, roasted nuts and moist earthy vegetation. Palate: Smoked meats and toffee sweetness, tropical fruits of coconut and pineapple, cigar box and sea spray. Finish: Smooth honey, toasted rye bread, peat smoke and plenty of earthy notes.  .
