Nose: Juniper up front with a beautiful balance of cardamom, figs, toffee, and aniseed, with an added citrus dimension of lemon curd and candied orange peel. Palate: Juniper, coriander, and marmalade with a high viscosity and toasted oak characters, matching beautifully with the vanilla from an American Oak Cask.
