Our Tasting Notes Nose: Fresh fruity notes, vanilla and corn syrup. Melon and freshly chopped peppermint. Palate: Very like a bourbon on the first sip. Again it’s fruity and sweet, the melon is there again and so is the vanilla. Digestive biscuits and peppermint crunch. Finish: Lots of those corn notes, more sweetness and a long finish with a little mushroom and vanilla.. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
