The single malt is produced at an undisclosed distillery however there is plenty of discussion that this is whisky from Caol Ila distillery on Islay. The whisky has been matured in ex-Bourbon casks for a minimum of 8 years allowing the bourbon barrels to combine with the warm smoky notes creating a very drinkable Islay single malt whisky. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Orchard fruits and fresh malted barely lead to citrus and coal fire smoke. Palate: Liquorice and honeysuckle, earthy smoky peat and sugar snap peas. Finish: Cracked black pepper and lemon citrus, plenty of smoke all round.  . For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
