Now we see the 18th release of this sought after whisky and a slight change in recipe from previous bottlings. Drawing 50% of the whisky from ex-bourbon American Oak casks and 50% from ex-sherry casks when previous bottlings have been aged in 30% ex-bourbon casks and 70% ex-sherry casks. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Werther’s original lollies, Digestive biscuits with salted butter and honey. Leather, oak and pine forests. Palate: Creamy and plenty of caramel shortcake, milk chocolate and wood shavings. Finish: Mince pies, candied lemon zest and spice.. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
