Drawing 50% of the whisky from ex-bourbon American Oak casks and 50% from ex-sherry casks. Bottled at 55.4% ABV. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Charred pineapple, salted mango, peppery spice and dark chocolate. Palate: Salted fudge, honey sweetness, ginger nut biscuits, tropical fruits and malty notes.
