North Start has since bottled a wide variety of both Single Malt and Blended Scotch Whisky including some American whiskies too. The brand is named after the star ‘Polaris’ – the current Northern pole star. The theme of astronomy continues with various releases being named after other stars in the universe including ‘Vega’ and ‘Sirius’. The bottler was awarded ‘Independent Bottler of the Year’ at the Scottish Whisky Awards in 2020.   ‘The Fool’ is a 20% malt, 80% grain blended whisky that has been matured for 8 years in hogsheads from 2016 to 2022 before being bottled at  57.3% ABV. The bottle’s colourful label features a stylised image of North Star’s founder Iain Croucher – though he’s no fool, this bottle is great!. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
